2. Collection and Storage of Personal Data

When you visit our online shop, the following data is automatically collected: IP address, date and time of access, browser type and version, operating system, and pages viewed. This data is used exclusively for the technical provision of the shop and is not merged with other data.

3. Data for Orders

When placing an order, we collect the following data: name, delivery address, email address, telephone number (optional), and payment details. This data is used exclusively for processing your order and will not be passed on to third parties without your consent – with the exception of the shipping service provider and payment provider, insofar as this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract.

4. Legal Basis

The processing of your data is based on Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR (performance of a contract) and Art. 6 para. 1 lit. c GDPR (legal obligation).

5. Storage Period

Your data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose for which it was collected. Commercial and tax law retention periods may necessitate longer storage (up to 10 years).

6. Disclosure to Third Parties

Your data will only be passed on to third parties if this is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract (e.g. shipping service providers, payment providers such as PayPal) or if we are legally obliged to do so.

7. Third-Party Services

Product Reviews (Judge.me)

We use the service Judge.me (Judge.me B.V., Keizersgracht 313, 1016 EE Amsterdam, Netherlands) to collect and display product reviews. After a purchase, Judge.me may send you an email on our behalf to ask for a review. Your name and email address will be transmitted to Judge.me for this purpose. Legal basis: Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in the display of customer reviews).

8. Cookies

Our shop uses cookies that are necessary for the technical operation. In addition, cookies may be used for analysis and marketing purposes if you have consented. You can deactivate cookies in your browser at any time.

11. Shopify as a Platform
